The "Big Easy" provides everything you need for your operation in one easy package. This file includes the updated Colorado lease agreement (2018) and an additional 15 self storage operations forms. The forms can be customized with your facility name, specific fees and charges applicable to your company. Documents and/or file may not be made available to any third party person or company. You are required to sign and return the Agreement and Release form prior to the file being sent.

Membership within the Colorado Self Storage Association is made up of self storage owners, operators, management firms, vendors and other self storage professionals. (See descriptions below.)

Owner/Operator Facility Member (large) - any person, partnership, corporation, limited iability company, real estate investment trust or other entity which is the owner of one or more self storage facilities or facilities under construction whose total rentable space exceeds 50,000 square feet.
Owner/Operator Facility Member (small) - same as large except: Owner of ONE self storage facilty whose total rentable space is less than 50,000 square feet.
Management Firm - Person or entity that manages self storage facilities on behalf of a facility owner for a fee.
Prospective Owner - Individual or entity that does not own an existing self storage facility or facility under construction, but is a prospective developer or purchaser of a self storage facility.
Vendor - Any person, partnership, corporation, LLC or other entity which is a supplier of goods or services within the industry or is engaged in a business connected with or related to the industry, or is an independent contractor that manages self storage facilities.
